Memories on this night
"I had tickets for the planned gig at Hammersmith Odeon and then Koss (Paul Kossoff) died the week before. I went to this second night at The Marquee, the band were amazing musicians and are much missed. I remember Terry Slesser reading out a telegram from David Kossoff wishing the band well. It was a poignant gig, I saw the band several times in London and the album 'Second Street' is an under-rated masterpiece, a fitting memory of the times."
Keith Wolton, Isle of Wight, UK, January 2008.
